Why do I get this error message?

1- JBO-be.intris.tris.wms.common.model.entities.WmsDomGoodItemsV2.WeightValidation_LABEL: Gross Weight should be greater or equal to the net weight?



When processing processing the packing list, the net weight is greater than the gross weight for one item or more.
Adjust the weight and resend the packing list

2- No rows found for segment with key 'FMS-1', search fields '{PI_STATUS=OP, PI_NUMBER=D13907augC}'
D13907augC = This value can differ


Tris cannot find the PI number (file number in the packing list template). 
In below example, the file number was in the Deal Number field and vice versa. So you need to adjust the file number and resend the packing list

3- Could not pick rows with 'NUMBER_OF_ITEMS' value of '1' for PICK_LEVEL '2'. Not enough items are found for given criteria. No rows found for segment with key 'WI-1-1', search fields '{PROJECT_PRODUCT_ID_VAL_02=61094, PROJECT_PRODUCT_ID_VAL_01=vessel 4 - AFICD 1350}'
"61094" & "vessel 4 - AFICD 1350"= Those values can differ









It means that there's no stock for this value combination.
Check and confirm through the Warehouse Report
